1. Under the terms of the distance selling regulations, you have the right to change your mind from the day you receive your order to the end of the seventh working day following the day on which you received the products. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to customer services with details of your cancellation. You must state your name and a description of the goods. Please note that we will not refund you the cost of returning the goods in these circumstances.
2. We are happy to refund items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the items come in sealed packs these items MUST NOT BE OPENED.
If we believe items have been damaged due to lack of care by yourself then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. If damage is made when returning the goods back to us, then it is your right to seek compensation from your carrier. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office.
3. In the rare event of receiving damaged goods , we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund any postage costs you incur, if the error was ours.
Privacy Notice
1. We will never divulge any information about you to a third party and will maintain your privicy in accordance with the data protection act 2000. We only hold your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, for the purpose of dispatching your order.
2. We have no access to your debit/credit card details. All payments are made via our secure checkout using google/paypal secure servers.
